Your tickets are non-refundable.
You can apply for a refund if you are unable to attend due to accidents, unexpected illness, and some unforeseen circumstances, however a refund isn’t guaranteed. Applications must be received 14 days before the event.

New for 2027: Under 18s Flute Day – separate ticket for flute players under 18.
On Friday 13 August Just Flutes are running an Under 18s Flute Day in conjunction with Flutewise, with workshops, classes and ensembles tailored especially for younger flute players. Workshops will be led by Anna Kondrashina, Gareth McLearnon, Lisa Nelsen and Stephen Clark. Players should be between grade 3 and grade 6 standard.
This is a day for under 18s only and includes 4 workshops and 1 recital. Due to room capacity, parents will not be able to stay with their child. Registered chaperones will be appointed to the group.
If you want to attend sessions with an under 18, please purchase full 3-day Festival Passes where you can both attend sessions together. An Under 18s Flute Day Ticket does not permit access to any other Just Flutes Festival events.
